Store Policies


    Shipping will take place 1- 3 days after manufacturing OR 1 - 3 days from date of order, this is dependent on whether the piece/s you have ordered are in stock or not, and public holidays.

    With all purchases, shipping confirmation and information will be emailed to you on the day of shipping. All shipping will be registered. 

    We aim to get you your purchase within a timely manner. If your purchase is required urgently, please contact us and advise so that we may priorities your order. 



    If you have received your product and it does not fit or is faulty, please contact us immediately. Please include in the email your order number and your reason for return or exchange.

    If your product is genuinely faulty* or does not fit, Tigerlash need to be notified within ten (10) days of you receiving your delivery. Tigerlash will request that you send the product back to us cash on delivery. This can be organised through your local post office. 

    Once Tigerlash receive your product on return (UNWORN, TAGS ATTACHED, ALL PACKAGING RETURNED) we will process your refund or exchange within a timely manner. 

    PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accept refunds/exchanges for CHANGE OF MIND. 

    *your product will be assessed by our quality control team to ensure that no intentional/malicious damage has been caused to obtain a refund. We will advise you of the outcome with 1-3 business days if the reason for return/exchange is genuinely faulty.

    If a refund is granted, please allow 5 - 10 business days for this to be credited to your bank account or credit card.
